A U-turn after Public Health England 1st pushed vaping: prime minister Andy Burnham announced Councils to get more powers to stop vape and betting shops. He said the plans were “shaped” by BBC News investigations which exposed organised crime on high streets, with shops selling illegal cigarettes, vapes, cannabis and cocaine, enabling illegal working and suspected money-laundering.
