Government guidance: tobacco, vaping

The Department of Health & Social Care published Guidance – Selling vaping and nicotine products and Guidance – Tobacco and vaping product vending machine ban from 29 October 2026 as well as Guidance – Selling tobacco, herbal smoking products and cigarette papers and Guidance – Tobacco, vaping and nicotine products: fixed penalty notices from 29 October 2026 and 1 January 2027.
