How to fix Scotland’s drugs disaster

The Economist urged the Scottish government to urgently intensify efforts focused on helping people to stop using drugs and achieve recovery. It stressed that simply managing addiction is not enough and that treatment, rehabilitation and support services need to be significantly expanded and prioritised to reverse the country’s ongoing drugs disaster.
