OHID webinar: Continuity of care

On 13 June, the Office for Health & Improvement Disparities will hold a 1.5-hour webinar on Continuity of Care – sharing learning from local areas in drug and alcohol treatment between prison and community to improve their performance in supporting people on release from prison to “ensure a seamless transition”.
