Scotland’s drugs and alcohol minister Christina McKelvie is to take medical leave as she undergoes breast cancer treatment. She will retain her ministerial position, with health secretary Neil Gray and public health minister Jenni Minto covering her brief in the short term, the Scottish Government said.
