Committee to investigate Glasgow’s shooting-up pilot

The Scottish Affairs Committee launched an inquiry examining the pilot ‘Safer’ Drug Consumption Facility which opened in Glasgow’s East End – specifically what legal changes at UK level might be necessary to enable the facility to operate sustainably beyond its 3-year pilot.
