Scotland’s drug deaths are “tip of the iceberg”

An “appallingly” high number of people die in Scotland as a result of taking drugs, but the total death toll resulting from the trade in illegal substances is even higher, the Scotsman noted as it reveals fatal crashes and killings by those on drugs.
