Oregon Measure 110: audit findings

Passed by Oregon voters in 2020 to decriminalize drugs (before major reform), Measure 110 lacks stability, coordination and results, according to an audit released yesterday. Weak governance, inadequate strategic integration, data limitations and the inconsistent application of deflection programs hindered access to services. See secretary of state response.
