Can MSPs claim for alcohol?

Members of the Scottish Parliament will be restricted from claiming alcohol on expenses in certain circumstances after a Holyrood report unearthed serious sexual misconduct claims. Testimonies included allegations of behaviour linked to alcohol at work-related events and conduct described as intended to “keep women in their place”.
