Members of Congress this week questioned Department of Health and Human Services secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr on his 1st year heading the department. Kennedy highlighted the Great American Recovery Initiative and said $2billion in cuts to mental health and substance use disorder grants his department issued and quickly reversed this year were a mistake.
