How much alcohol raises your risk of dying of 9 cancers?

University of Miami et al warned: it can take less booze than you think to raise your odds of dying from 9 types of cancer. They analyzed over 3 decades of US data from the Global Burden of Disease Study – and linked alcohol to US deaths from breast, prostate, colon, rectal, stomach, pancreatic and liver cancers, and cancers of the head and neck, with alcohol deaths from colorectal and esophageal cancers climbing faster than cancer deaths as a whole.
