Florida doctor charged in $681million substance abuse treatment fraud

Michael Ligotti of Whole Health in Delray Beach was charged with conspiring to commit health care fraud and wire fraud in a years-long healthcare fraud scheme, billing for fraudulent tests and treatments for vulnerable patients seeking treatment for drug and/or alcohol addiction.
