Why Pennsylvania’s health department is taking Spotlight PA to court

A panel of Commonwealth Court judges will soon hear arguments over whether the Wolf administration must reveal details of how patients and physicians use Penn’s medical cannabis program for addiction treatment. Inaccurate or misleading claims for marijuana as a treatment for opioid addiction put lives at greater risk.
