Alcohol-free spirits quench a thirst as drinkers gain taste for sobriety

In 2020, “not drinking” looks very different. There are sober bars in London (including one from Scottish enfants terribles Brewdog), a raft of no-alcohol or low-ABV beers, wines and spirits, and sophisticated booze-free cocktails at leading bars and restaurants. The industry is waking up to the notion that there could be money in sobriety, the Telegraph notes.
