Cutting prison drug use among 60 requests in ‘action plan’ for Scotland’s justice sector

In Judged on Progress, Holyrood’s Criminal Justice Committee published reforms it wants to see. “A priority issue this parliamentary session should be addressing the problem of substance misuse in prisons… more needs to be done to prevent drugs from coming into prisons and to rehabilitate prisoners who use drugs.”
