Government response to ACMD report on remimazolam (Byfavo)

The government has accepted the ACMD recommendation that remimazolam should be controlled as a Class C drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and that it should be scheduled under Schedule 4 (Part 1) of the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001.
