Older drink/drug drivers up to 4 times likelier to be at fault in car crashes

Substance use among older drivers increases the probability of them being at fault 2-4 times during a crash, University of Memphis et al showed after analyzing 9 years of US highway traffic data and 87,060 drivers in crashes.
