Results from 7 US sites saw geographical differences for opioids, poly-drug use, NPS and xylazine. Fentanyl is overwhelming the most common detected opioid nationally. The many novel psychoactive substances detected included metonitazene, N-desethyl isotonitazene, bromazolam, N,N-dimethylpentylone and more, CFSRE reported.
