‘Smart’ drugs can decrease productivity in people without ADHD

Workers and students without attention deficit  hyperactivity disorder who take so-called cognitive enhancers or ‘smart’ drugs might be inhibiting their performance and productivity, University of Melbourne and University of Cambridge research demonstrated. Participants performed at a higher level in placebo condition.
