Drug testing on arrest: data

A summary of the activity of the Drug Testing on Arrest (DToA) programme since its launch in March 2022 shows that, in the funding period March 2022-February 2023,  43,333 completed tests were reported to the Home Office – and for the 40,861 tests which had sufficient test outcomes data, the positive test rate was 55% (22,276).
