Babies miss emotional development due to parents’ phone addiction

Lack of emotional expression in childhood can lead to coping mechanisms such as later addiction – now experts in Dublin children’s hospitals have warned that parents glued too long to their mobile phones are putting the social and emotional development of their babies at risk, missing vital eye contact and interaction time.
