Inverclyde alcohol and drugs services staff vacancies

Alcohol and drugs services in Inverclyde are expected to report an underspend of £131,000 on this year’s budget – despite its high rates of drug-related deaths. A report to the audit committee revealed that the predicted underspend is due to staff vacancies.
