ACMD: governing process for preparing evidence-based advice

The Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs updated Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for using evidence to make classification, scheduling and other recommendations. It is a central document to allow the ACMD to follow a consistent mechanism to prepare evidence-based advice.
