Malta to amend cannabis law

Malta’s government will amend the law regulating cannabis use and the Authority for the Responsible Use of Cannabis. Amendments will clearly distinguish between non-psychoactive phytocannabinoids and psychoactive cannabinoids to avoid misinterpretations, particularly concerning CBD flowers.
