Scots drinkers face ‘automatic’ alcohol price rises

Minimum unit pricing could increase automatically without prior approval of MSPs under bold proposals to reduce deaths from alcohol, the Daily Record revealed. A coalition of 70 organisations called on the SNP government to bring down the number of deaths from drinking in Scotland.
