Caught pretending to be other treatment providers

Florida-based Evoke Wellness substance use disorder clinic agreed to pay $1.9million to settle allegations that it used misleading online ads and telemarketing to pretend to be other treatment providers, according to the Federal Trade Commission. A federal judge needs to approve the order before it goes into effect.
