Rapid Action Drug Alerts & Response

Public Health Scotland published its Rapid Action Drug Alerts and Response quarterly ​report – drug-related harms were higher June-August 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. Most harms involved multiple drugs, nitazene-type opioids in deaths reached record level, cocaine was the main reported drug in treatment and toxicology, and ethylbromazolam, emerged.
