Warning against non-alcoholic booze

Switching a pint or gin & tonic for a non-alcoholic imitation can, for some people, make them more likely to fall back into drinking alcohol. YouGov data showed that, last year, 16% of people taking part in Dry January said they relapsed by 3  January, rising to 29% by the end of the 1st week.
