Integrated care for people who use alcohol/ drugs

People who use alcohol and/or other drugs often experience co-occurring mental and physical health problems, but these needs are often addressed separately, leading to fragmented care. Rand examined the early impact of the Supplementary Substance Misuse Treatment and Recovery Grant on service integration, identifying barriers, facilitators and good practice.
