NIH: $6million to advance addiction treatment workforce

The Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health’s Residential Staff Health and Advancement Program for Excellence in Care (Re-SHAPE), supported by a $6million grant from the NIH’s Helping to End Addiction Long-term (HEAL) Initiative, will pilot, evaluate, refine and expand a worker-driven intervention to improve working conditions, reduce turnover, and strengthen continuity of care for people seeking treatment for addiction.
