Family Drug and Alcohol Courts

This week the Welsh parliament – Senedd – held a member debate on Family drug and alcohol courts, regretting that there have been none in Wales since 2023. They called on the Welsh government to deliver on the recommendation to progress with creating FDACs, ensure that FDACs form a part of a strategy that helps keep children out of care, and learn from the 13 FDAC teams in England.
