Cannabis linked to rise in school exclusions

Cannabis related issues have led to more exclusions from schools, a Flintshire council report has found, following similar trends across Wales. An “increasing complexity of need” and “wider contributing factors” such as children at risk of exploitation, substance misuse issues and anti-social behaviour make support increasingly difficult, the report added.
