Former soldiers are at risk

Veterans have a disproportionately high rate of PTSD and addiction. A senior corner warned that a whole community of former soldiers is at risk after one suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder died from an accidental overdose. He “rapidly fell into drug addiction” after being thrown out of the Army for substance misuse after a 6-month tour to Iraq.
